Parents swooning over their new precious newborn babies in various props and poses are my favourite, it’s so fun for me to experience their reactions! This sweet girl’s mom and dad were no exception. We all had a good chuckle after getting this perfect bucket pose when during transition baby let her arms droop down and settled in. Her parents called it “the drunken baby” pose and don’t worry, the bucket is padded, and she was VERY comfortable as you can see!

I love when clients request “typical” boy colours for their girls because it gives me a chance to prove there’s no such thing as a “boy” colour! She pulled off this sage green pretty amazingly, and curled up pretty cute in this bowl too.

This was one of the first families to invest in my new multiple session Membership programs, so I can’t wait to photograph her more as baby grows!

This was a personal favourite from their session… naturally posed and wearing a family heirloom, plus the bonus of holding her parents’ fingers. Ugh, melts me every time. Some days I can’t believe I have the pleasure of capturing these memories for families, that they can hold onto and treasure for generations to come.

Lucky girl to have such sweet parents.
