While it’s a little older now, I still remember this session SO well, and it’s one of my favourites to this day. This family was an absolute joy to work with, and you could tell their new baby was truly a treasure in their lives. They were super respectful about giving me space to work, while still peeking their heads around every now and then to ‘ooh’ and ‘ahh’ at their little babe. Mom and dad had many questions for me about my ability to get and keep baby asleep, and even asked the name of the white noise app I was using – it was so sweet. (I use the ‘womb’ sound on the app ‘Sound Sleeper’, in case you’re wondering too!) They also had a great sense of humour, which always goes over well in my studio!
This family left a true impression on my heart as a photographer. You could really tell they valued me and my patience with their baby, in addition to my photography ability, as they only had rave reviews both in-person and online. I am so grateful for all of my clients, truly, but I won’t lie that there are some that will always stick out <3
